Calf slimming injections are growing in popularity. Calf slimming injections treat overdeveloped, muscular calves without the need for invasive surgery. Many patients hate their large and muscley calves/ They don’t like the appearance of a thicker lower leg. They can’t fit in boots, and feel that their legs just don’t look slim enough.

Calf slimming injections utilise the muscle relaxant properties of anti-wrinkle injections to target the outer portions of the gastrocnemius muscles. This weakens the outer portions of the calf muscles, causing the calves to slim. This is a particularly popular treatment in women with overdeveloped calves caused by over engaging in activities associated with calf hypertrophy such as cycling, tennis, weights or wearing high heels.

Most of our patients are satisfied with one calf reduction treatment. However for best results we recommend 2 treatments both 8 weeks apart Second treatment is recommended to patients who want their legs even slimmer. Then maintenance is very low and often requires 2 times per year.
